Soy Ginger dipping sauce - original recipe by Barry L. Kramer, 2013?

multiply this 1-2 servings portion as needed and adjust according to taste
Quantity and proportion is not critical here.

1 1/2 T soy sauce
1 /2 T ginger (ground, fresh; from a jar is okay)
1/2 T water
1/2 t Sriracha
1/2 T Kadoya toasted sesame oil

Mix well.

Good for dipping spring rolls, potstickers, steamed dumplings, etc.

Optionally, for those who like it sweeter, add a little hoisin sauce.
